Ease of Maintenance

The coating surface is extremely slick. Dirt bonds poorly to it making it quicker and easier to remove. This considerably reduces the time needed to wash the car and saves considerable time over the lifespan of the coating. The coating surface is also extremely hydrophobic. Fresh surface contamination tends to be carried away by the water keeping paintwork cleaner for longer.

Durability

Ceramic coatings maintain their hydrophobic and self-cleaning properties longer than any other coating (like waxes) and can last at 12+ months. They do not require topping up or maintaining throughout the stated life of the coating making them both time and cost efficient.

Chemical Resistance

The coating is impervious to most chemical attack within the pH range of 2 to 11. It offers excellent protection from bird droppings, insect etchings will not be degraded by almost all cleaning chemicals.

Scratch Resistance

The super slick layer provides superb scratch resistance against marks & marring created from washing. This helps maintain the gloss and reflectivity and can reduce the need for future paint correction.

Enhancing Appearance

The coatings smooth and beautify the underlying surface to add incredible levels of gloss and reflectivity.

So many more uses than just paintwork

Ceramic Coatings can be used on wheels, interiors and even as a restorative product

Ceramic Coatings are not only excellent as a protective layer for your paint, but also on various other parts of your car.

We often coat alloy and carbon wheels to stop them from accumulating brake dust as easily, especially where standard steel rotors and pads are in use. This alone is one of the best things you can do to maintain the clean appearance of your vehicle.

As well as wheels, Ceramic Coatings can be used on some parts of the interior both as a protectant and as a restorer. For example on older vehicles, Ceramic coatings can be used to restore the red button on your seat belts when they get a bit faded.

What is Ceramic Coating?

Simply Ceramic Coatings are the highest grade of protection & gloss enhancement for your vehicle. Unlike traditional waxes & sealants which are just films that sit on the surface of a vehicle, true ceramic coatings create a semi-permanent barrier of protection that bonds with your vehicle's surface providing unmatched durability, protection, gloss, & self cleaning abilities.

A ceramic coating is a glass-like protective layer that bonds to your vehicle’s clear coat.

The clear coat gives your vehicle that deep shine. The problem is, your vehicle’s surface is full of tiny pores, and over time contaminants will seep in and damage your the exterior. Contaminants include dirt, road salt, tree sap, bug guts, brake dust, etc.

Ceramic coatings contains Silica Dioxide (Sio2), which is a hard, tiny compound.

After applied, it will “cure” to create a glass-like layer atop your surface. This protects the clear coat from contaminants and scratches.
